The register, two desk guides and the card index: who holds the name, what it renews at, and how it leaves.

Contact the desk

Corrections, requests for a card that does not exist yet, and partnership enquiries. What to send, where it goes, and what happens afterwards.

Corrections

The most useful message you can send. If a figure, a menu path or a policy statement on this site is wrong or out of date, say which page and what you saw. A link to the provider's current documentation makes it a ten-minute fix instead of an afternoon.

Corrections are made on the card itself and the re-read date is updated. Nothing is quietly left standing because it would be awkward to change.

Requests

If there is a custody question this site should cover and does not, tell us. The test for a new card is simple: can it be answered from a registration record, a policy document or a provider's published terms? If it can, it probably belongs here.

Questions we cannot answer are the ones that need to see your account. We have no access to your registrar, your DNS panel or your mailbox, and we will not ask for credentials under any circumstances. A provider's own support team is the right destination for anything that requires logging in.

Vendors and partnerships

Vendors are welcome to correct a factual error about their own product and it will be treated exactly like any other correction. What will not happen is a rewrite of an assessment, a removal of a documented limitation, or a change in how an offer is ranked.

The affiliate disclosure sets out the commercial arrangements in full, including which companies are deliberately not linked and why. Nothing in a commission agreement affects what a card says.

What we do not do

We do not recover lost domains, reset passwords, contact registrars on your behalf, or act in a dispute. If a name has expired and you are inside the recovery window, speed matters more than advice — go directly to the registrar on the registration record.
